Culture, expectations, rules, communication. These are all very important factors in a positive, long lasting homestay placement.
While our guidelines are not a comprehensive list, they will get you started. We stongly encourage all students and families to sit down together at the beginning of your placement and establish expectations, understandings, and rules that you all agree upon. This will help make your relationship and living arrangements positive and long lasting.
