Custodianship Documents

Four documents are required in all.
All custodial documents MUST be notarized in Canada.

Citizenship and Immigration Canada - Custodial Documents
Copies of both the parent and the custodial docments obtained from the Canadian Embassy are required for your study permit.
The documents you receive from the Canadian Embassy in your country will look similar to the ones found on this site, but they could be slightly different. Each embassy has their own PDF version of the custodianship papers. We strongly recommend that you use the documents provided by the embassy with which you are working.
Central Okanagan International Education would like a copy of the Custodial Documents required by Citizenship and Immigration Canada.


School District 23 Custodial Documents
The custodian agreement - 2 pages
The parent agreement - 1 page
All must be signed and notarized in Canada. There are no exceptions to this.


Please Note
We are unable to process any letters of acceptance without:
Copies of both the parent and the custodian declaration required by the Canadian Government
Originals of both the Custodian and Parent documents from the school district.
ALL custodial documents MUST be notarized. There are no exceptions.
